🛑 Don’t get caught up in the drama of “I cant. There is only try”. Words I often hear in my Bikram yoga class.

So often we can find ourselves overthinking, delaying making moves because we think “well what if it doesn’t work? What if people don’t like me? What if what if what if…”.

It’s just bloody exhausting after a while.

👉 WHAT IF… you actually just did the damn thing, got out of your comfort zone a little and tried? What if you JUST.TRIED?

What kind of outcomes would you see in your life? In your business? What would happen if you actually just committed to TRYING?

✨ When we stop creating unnecessary drama in our head, we begin to put that energy towards DOING the thing.

And this is when we actually start seeing results and we stop sitting on the sidelines waiting.
